THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Google Calendar & Microsoft Outlook Data Usage

Access and Use of Data

  • Our application integrates with these third party providers to enable the enhancement of productivity and streamline scheduling processes. By granting our application permission to access these providers, the user enables us to:

  • Read Calendar Events: Our application can read calendar events on the users behalf based on predefined conditions or specific actions initiated by the user within the app. Limited read access is granted through the integrations portal on our application, which informs the user the data usage.

  • Analyze Event Information: We analyze the titles, descriptions, and times of your events to offer personalized recommendations and insights. These insights are not persistent or stored anywhere. This helps optimize your time management by suggesting adjustments or highlighting scheduling conflicts.

Storage of Data

  • The Calendar data accessed is not stored on our servers. Data is accessed in real time from the third party provider’s API and used to perform the actions mentioned above. We cache data temporarily to enhance performance and user experience but do not retain any identifying information beyond the duration of the users active session.

Sharing of Data

  • We share your data with our artificial intelligence large language model providers (through interactions with your Navigator), this includes OpenAI, and Groq cloud, this data will not be used by these parties for further training or any other usages beyond the zero-shot chat requests. Your data will not be shared with any other third parties not mentioned here, without your explicit consent. The only exception to this rule is when we are legally required to do so in compliance with applicable law or a valid legal process. In such cases, we will inform you unless prohibited by law.

Security Measures

  • We implement stringent security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

User Control and Transparency

  • Users have complete control over the data shared with us from these third-party calendar integrations. The user can revoke our application’s access at any time through the respective account settings, effectively stopping any further data processing by our app. We commit to maintaining transparency about the data we access and providing you with control over your personal information.

Compliance with Limited Use Policy

In compliance with Google’s Limited Use Policy, we ensure that:

  • Explicit User Consent: We obtain explicit user consent before sharing any data with third-party tools, including AI models such as OpenAI and Groq Cloud. This consent is gathered through clear prompts within our app interface, providing users with the option to opt-out at any time.

  • Data Shared with AI Service Providers: Specifically, we will use calendar event details (only event title, event description, event start/end timestamps, and event location) when making calls to our AI service providers. This data sharing is essential for providing personalized recommendations and enhancing the user experience.

  • Transparency and Control: Users are informed about what data is shared, the purpose of sharing, and are given the ability to opt-out or revoke consent at any time through the app settings.
