  • How to activate your Aneu Account
    1. During the Beta period, you will be emailed when your access is ready. Simply click or tap on the link provided in the invitation email, and you’ll be directed to a page where you can sign up. 2. We know everyone has their own trusted platforms, so we’ve made it easy for you to create an account using your preexisting Gmail, Apple, or Microsoft sign-in mechanism. We do not yet support direct account creation with Aneu, but this will be an option when Aneu transitions out of Beta. 3. It’s important that you create an account using the sign-in option you’re familiar with. It is not currently possible for you to switch emails or transfer any data from one account to another. If you want to sign up with a different email, this will be considered a new account and information cannot be shared between the two.
  • How to answer onboarding questions
    1. We’ve designed our onboarding process to provide you with a sense of calm, clarity, and curiosity. There’s no rush here. If you need time to think about your answer, you have it. However, we encourage you to trust your gut reaction. 2. When you read a phrase and either agree or disagree with it, your gut reaction is often the most truthful. Simply swipe the scale left or right to match how strongly you agree or disagree with the statement on your screen.
  • How to name your AI
    1. For an AI to be truly personal, it needs its own sense of identity. With Aneu, not only do your answers to your onboarding questions shape the personality and image of your Navigator, but you can also give it its own name. We’ve provided a seriously long list of suggestions for you, but you can choose anything you would like (within reason). 2. Take the time to think about what you’d like to call your Navigator. As your Navigator’s capability expands over time, this name will be increasingly important to you. Choose wisely and make it meaningful.
  • How to navigate your dashboard
    1. Aneu has been designed with simplicity in mind. For the Beta, there are two primary interfaces. Mobile & Desktop. Each of which is designed with the use-case of that device in mind. 2. On Mobile, your icons are arranged along the bottom for easy access. From left to right you will find your Dashboard, Productivity, Mental Wellness, Fitness & Nutrition, Chat, and Settings pages. Tapping each one will open the corresponding page. From each page, you can navigate deeper into the system, such as opening your task list, goals, journal entires, and more. When you’re within a sub-page, you can either tap the back button in the top left, or tap on the page icon to go back to that page. We recommend mobile for chatting with your Navigator, journaling, quickly logging meals or workouts, checking tasks off your todo list, and other quick lightweight interactions. 3. On Desktop, we’ve build the UI so that your Navigator is always accessible. You’ll see a persistent chat interface along the right hand side, with your page icons along the left. Navigating through the system is very similar to mobile, but is built primarily for designing and managing goals, planning for your upcoming day or week, and more in-depth discussions with your Navigator.
  • What is Aneu?
    Aneu is an advanced personal growth system that pairs you with an insightful companion and proactive advisor to empower you to build a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.
  • What can Aneu do?
    1. Aneu is designed from the ground up as a cohesive platform for everything related to your growth. At the core of this platform, is a personal AI called a “Navigator.” 2. Think of a Navigator as your insightful companion and proactive advisor, pushing you to be your best self, while supporting you with the insights and tools you need along the way. 3. Your Navigator is tailored specifically for you. It learns and adapts over time, ensuring it’s always operating with your goals and value system in mind. 4. It’s also highly collaborative. Instead of having to do hours of internet research or spend your entire Sunday afternoon copying and pasting your new plan for the week into your calendar, task list, macronutrient tracking application, and so on… Aneu handles it all for you in one simple, cohesive environment. Want to set a new goal? Great! Simply talk through it with your Navigator in a natural format and let the system work its magic. 5. While this is primarily focused on creating and tracking goals during the Beta, this collaborative experience will soon expand to encompass everything you can do with Aneu. Logging meals, journaling, recording a workout, crossing todos off your list - if you track it with Aneu, your Navigator will be able to assist.
  • How do I sign up to Aneu?
    It’s easy-peasy. Simply visit our Beta webpage here, fill out your basic information, and we’ll notify you when you’ve been granted access to the Beta.
  • What are the features of Aneu?
    Aneu is currently in Beta. During this time, our team is focused on empowering you in these key areas: 1) Setting & Achieving Goals: Work with your Navigator to brainstorm, define, and map out your goals - as big or as small as you’d like. You Navigator will help you break them down into realistic milestones and specific tasks. Then, armed with that knowledge, your Navigator will help hold you accountable and moving forward. Your tasks are even available from your Dashboard, so you always have access to a specific step you can take to get closer to completing your goal. Need help with a task? Your Navigator can do that as well- providing guidance and recommendations that are personalized only to you. 2) Manage your Mental Wellness: Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and for ambitious people, having the support in this area is critical. During this Beta period, Aneu can help you log and track your mood, assist with mindfulness activities via your Navigator, and even provide you with a space to journal and reflect. Each journal entry can be built manually, or, you can have your Navigator generate a personalized prompt for you based on what it knows you want to journal about. 3) Fitness & Nutrition: Every year, many of us make the mistake of treating our fitness and nutrition as though they are two separate plans. In reality, it takes both to find success - regardless of what that looks like for you. We know no two people have the same fitness goal, so we’ve kept our Beta purposefully refined. Instead of overwhelming you with dozens of complex workouts, specific routines, and impersonal plans, we’ve provided a simple way to track your activity & workouts, your macronutrients, and even your hydration. The best way to make meaningful progress is to take it one step at a time. Your Navigator has also been built to support you in this area, able to help you build and stick to a fitness routine and nutritional plan that works for you. Over time, this will massively expand - stay tuned for exciting updates very soon. 4) Insightful Companionship & Proactive Advice: As your collaboration with your Navigator grows and evolves, so too will its insights. During the Beta period, we’ve focused on getting you comfortable with a personal AI - one that behaves differently and is more focused than the basic chatbots you may be used to. As the tool expands, your Navigator will be able to increase its insights and its proactivity in helping you achieve your goals. It’ll check-in on you when it senses something might be off-track, celebrate your wins with you when you’ve nailed that interview or secured that promotion, and help you refine, define, and implement your vision of your future into something you can work toward in bite-sized chunks every single day.
  • Where can I use Aneu?
    1. The Beta of Aneu is available on all web browsers. It works best in Chrome on your desktop computer, but is designed for flexibility and accessibility on tablets and mobile devices as well, on whichever browser you prefer. 2. Our team is already hard at work bringing Aneu to iOS and other platforms, but in the meantime we recommend saving Aneu as a favorite in your browser or as a shortcut on your mobile device.
  • What do you mean by personal AI?
    1. Have you heard the term “Personal Computer” to define the shift from massive, shared machines over to small desktop and laptop devices that are truly just for you? “Personal AI” is the very similar - instead of a single AI (like ChatGPT) designed to support millions of users, we’re dedicated to empowering you with small yet powerful model that’s truly just for you. With Aneu, no two Navigators are exactly the same. From their personality and responses, to their context and even their icon, they’re designed to support just one person - you. 2. While there are still technological limitations that we’ll have to overcome to fully bring this vision to life, we’re getting closer every single day.
  • How is Aneu different from other platforms?
    1. “Systems” for personal growth have been around for quite some time. (Ever heard of a journal or a coach?) The problem with these tools is that they’re impersonal, expensive, time-consuming, and disconnected. This means we end up spending more time building and maintaining these systems than actually making progress on our growth areas. 2. To combat this, Aneu focuses on three key things: 1) Personalization, 2) Accessibility, 3) A Holistic Approach 3. By paring you with your own Navigator, you’ll receive personalized and tailored support and guidance. And the more you use it, the better it will become. Our dashboards, quick actions, and growth plans will soon have similar personalized features so you can truly make Aneu yours. 4. We’re building Aneu to be accessible everywhere and at all times. In the near future, you’ll be able to interactive with your Navigator on nearly any device you own. In the meantime, Aneu is readily available on any mobile or desktop browser.
  • Do I need to be online to access Aneu apps?
    For the Beta of Aneu, yes. It is a web-based application and thus you need a reliable internet connection to access the platform.
  • When does my membership begin?
    As we transition from a free Beta to a paid platform in the coming months, we will provide an abundance of information about the options for accessing Aneu. For now, we can confirm that Aneu will be slowly transitioning to a paid subscription model - allowing you to select the best combination of price and features for your needs.
  • What happens to my benefits if I decide to stop my membership?
    You must have an active account with Aneu in order to access the platform.
  • What if I have problems using the application?
    Betas aren’t perfect. We expect you to encounter bugs, reduced functionality, and small quirks as we expand and upgrade Aneu. When an issue appears, simply tap the yellow lightbulb icon in the bottom right. This will open a popup that will allow you describe the issue and notify our team that you encountered a hiccup. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work toward quality and stability.
  • Can I use my membership for more than one device?
    Yes! With Aneu, you have one account for all your devices. Simply logging in with your account information will sync your data across desktop, mobile, and more as we expand where Aneu can be accessed.

  • Why is Aneu asking me to share information on how I use Aneu’s app?
    We have an ambitious vision for the future of Aneu. In order to bring that vision to life, we believe in working directly with our users to build a powerful and impactful platform that meets your needs. From time to time, we may ask for your feedback on new features, user interface changes, and more. Participating in these feedback opportunities ensures that our team has an accurate understanding of what matters most to the Aneu community and will help us build a world-class experience for current and future users.
  • Can I choose not to share information about how I use Aneu’s apps?
    Of course! We believe in personalization and privacy, and feedback is completely optional. While we encourage our Beta users to provide feedback whenever possible, we respect the decision not to do so and still highly value your participation in our Beta program.
  • How do I share Aneu with others?
    1. First, thank you! We’re delighted that you want others to experience at the future of personal development with Aneu. 2. The best way to get them involved is to route them to [www.aneu.ai](http://www.aneu.ai), where they can request Beta access and secure a spot on our waitlist. We’re opening new spots every single day, so they won’t have to wait long! 3. In the future, our early Beta users will receive exclusive referral codes and will be able to offset their subscription costs by encouraging friends and family to sign up.
  • how to delete your account
    In Settings, simply navigate to “User Settings.” At the bottom of this page, you will see a bright red button called “Reset Profile.” This will permanently reset all of your data and will take you back to the very first step of the onboarding process. Please double-check before selecting this option. This is a permanent action within Aneu, with no way to access previous data after going through this process.
  • how to cancel your membership
    Aneu does not yet offer memberships. When we transition to a subscription model in the coming months, we are committed to transparency and accessibility when it comes to canceling your use of Aneu.
  • What are tokens?
    Tokens are a common way to calculate the “cost” of interacting with an AI model. Each token represents a number of letters or words, depending on the model. Generally, long messages will use more tokens, while short messages will use less. However, since your Navigator is capable of collaborating with you and performing actions within Aneu, those actions also cost tokens, even if your request was short. We’re always working to optimize for cost so that our users can interact with their Navigators as much as possible, so our calculations will fluctuate from time to time.
  • How do I know how many tokens I have?
    You can find your remaining token count at the top of your chat interface, near the name of your Navigator. We’ve worked hard to provide a number of daily tokens for the free Beta that we believe balances usability and cost. This number may fluctuate from time to time as we refine the system, and we’re always working to increase your number of available interactions. If there are significant changes to this system, we will notify you via a notification within Aneu.
  • How do I get more tokens?
    1. During the free Beta, your daily token count cannot be increased. Tokens reset every night at midnight, so you are encouraged to use them every day. Unused tokens do not rollover to the following day. 2. If you are quickly running out of tokens every day, please report this to our team via the yellow feedback icon (it looks like a lightbulb) in the bottom right corner of Aneu. We’ve carefully selected a daily quantity of tokens that balances interactions and cost. Drastic inconsistency in your token count may be reflective of a bug in our token management system.
  • How can I request to have my data deleted without deleting my account?
    At Aneu, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your data. If you would like to request that some or all of your data be deleted without deleting your account, simply email us at feedback@aneu.ai. In your request, please specify which data you’d like deleted, and we’ll be happy to oblige. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, feel free to reach out.
