We're building Aneu to solve the social health epidemic. That mission starts with relationships— the single biggest predictor of happiness, longevity, and mental well-being. Yet most modern tools for “connection” leave people more distracted, not more connected.

Aneu 2.0 is the next step toward fixing that. We rebuilt everything around one idea: what if your Navigator could proactively strengthen your real relationships, not just keep track of them?

Why We Built It

Through real feedback and deeper research into the science of relationships, we saw a consistent pattern: most people know who matters to them—they just lose momentum. Good intentions fade between texts, important conversations stall, and connection slips through the cracks of everyday life.

Aneu 2.0 was designed to close that gap. It helps you notice when connection starts to fade, suggests small actions that rebuild momentum, and keeps your most important relationships active—not accidental.

What We Focused On

  • Reducing friction: Connection shouldn’t require opening a new app or remembering another login. Your Navigator now lives directly in iMessage and SMS.
  • Making science actionable: We built Aneu around decades of relationship and social health research to deliver practical guidance you can use in real time—not vague “advice.”
  • Proactive pattern spotting: Aneu surfaces how your relationships are trending before problems grow. Navigators should ping you with a heads up, not guide you through a post-mortem.

What’s New in Aneu 2.0

Your Navigator now has their own phone number. Add them to your contacts and text directly through iMessage or SMS—no app switching required.

Smarter Habits, Stronger Memory

We’ve also added routines to make connection effortless: Morning Connection prompts, Weekly Night Out planners, and quick Social Health Check-ins. You can find these on your homepage under Routines, or ask your Navigator to create a custom one for you.

Your text and in-app messages are now synced to your Navigator's new memory system—helping it learn your rhythms, remember your people, and surface the right nudge at the right time.
